Enquiries and quotations
Website forms create an enquiry for the World Air travel desk. They are not confirmed reservations, issued tickets or a payment contract. Availability, fares, taxes, hotel inventory and supplier terms can change until confirmed in writing by our team.
Traveller information
Please provide accurate names, dates, passport details and contact information when requested. Travellers are responsible for checking documents, visa requirements and the final itinerary before travel.
Payments and supplier rules
Any payment, cancellation, amendment or refund is subject to the terms of the airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier named in the quotation. We will explain applicable conditions before confirmation.
